groovy apartment in the heart of the city

Pros: Great host, very responsive. Well-stocked kitchen. Walkable to a few good restaurants.

Cons: Busy street outside--a lot of traffic noise. Driveway difficult to access in a big vehicle. At times, there were odd smells.

Pros: Great little spot. Cute place. It fulfilled our needs. The outlet situation is a little rough in the bedrooms. So keep that in mind, but thankfully there was an extension cord provided in the home for use. Only 1 room has a TV and the fireplace cant actually be used. I loved some of their decorating ideas and even plan yo incorporate a LOVE decoration like the one they had in a little spot in the living room/hallway. The couch is Crazy comfortable. After leaving the home we actually went shopping to find a couch just like it for our home!

Cons: I was not aware of the insurance fee, that I was told about AFTER booking. The landlord was cool and covered it, but felt very scammy while it was happening. We had 2 vehicles as we were meeting part of the party there. The drive way is not an easy pull through driveway as described. The turn is VERY tight and in my car we had to back up and pull forward a few times to get in there correctly. My son's truck could get into the initial part of the drive, but there was no way it could pull through. And backing it out was difficult in the small amount of space. The neighbor directly across the alley actually came out and said her house had been hit multiple times from people trying to get out of the drive way. So be aware, small cars are better!

Pros: Lovely little apartment in a great neighborhood! Very clean and check in instructions were timely and helpful.

Cons: Parking in the drive through was narrow, and although it was not a big deal, we had to move the garbage cans to get out, and also upon our return to get into the driveway from the alley.

Good place to stay, but bring a small car

Pros: Location was great, good value for the price. Easy walking distance to good restaurants and to downtown Denver. Neighborhood is nice and the ability to walk the dog and have the poo bags handy was a nice touch.

Cons: Parking is not great when you have a truck. The parking area is tight and cant make any wide turns. The signs are bit much, but is understandable. The temperature regulation of only keeping the house at 71 degrees was bit, especially since it’s logging the use, good thing we had blankets.

Loved it, would stay again if the need came up.

Pros: Great place, comfortable and quiet inside even on a busy street.

Cons: Parking can be a little hard if you have a larger vehicle or more than one

Pros: We loved the location near the park and shops. The apartment was well laid out and the staff responded quickly via text with any needs we had.
