Great Location!

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Denver. The historic house is beautifully designed with unique features around every corner. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The house was very clean and the owner thoughtfully left a starter pack in the kitchen and bathrooms of needed supplies. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well-stocked with supplies with a brand new refrigerator. We loved that we could easily walk to Broadway to visit restaurants, boutiques, and the coolest movie theater! Finally, the company hosting the property was SUPER responsive to all questions and concerns, getting back to me within minutes of every message I sent.

Cons: I would have given this property a 10-star review except one small detail - parking is a bit of headache. We had two cars with our party and one of us invariably had to park a couple blocks away. The street parking fills up pretty quickly. There is a church across the street and when it has a function, the guests take all the parking. Additionally, trash pick-up is on Tuesday mornings and the cans line the streets where the cars should be parked. This is no reflection on the property itself and they can't help it. But be aware with renting this lovely home that you may have some issues. On the plus side, there is a bus that goes down Bannock, with a bus stop one block away if you want to try to get around without a car.
