Loved it!

Pros: Apartment was spacious and well located for my event. Decor was nice. Wish I had time to spend on the terrace. Windows blocked the noise well so nearby highway didn’t bother us.

Cons: There was nothing walkable like drugstore for water, etc. or a coffee shop. I suggest adding creamers and sweeteners to complete a coffee bar given that there is nothing walkable.

Denver 1ere fois

Pros: Les équipements de l’appartement, cuisine, SDB, climatisation, lave linge et sèche linge, BBQ, etc… Parking facile et gratuit, très beaux volumes dans l’appartement, chambres et salon très spacieuses, 2 salles de bains, très bien agencé,très très agréable.

Cons: La proximité de l’autoroute, rend la terrasse inexploitable au regard du bruit continu, jour et nuit. Si vous faites BBQ, obligation de manger à l’intérieur.

Pros: Everything, we loved everything!!! From the simplicity of directions to the expeditious clear communicative responses from ofc when there was additional question for clarity!!! Without saying, accommodations are absolutely beautiful as well as luxuriously comfortable and beyond. Exceptionally maintained. Yes, whenever coming to Denver and property's available we'll definitely book again! Mega Mega Gratitude!!🌹

Perfect Denver Stay!

Pros: Beautiful place! Lots of room in the living room, kitchen and dining room. Plenty of space to unpack and organize in the bedrooms. Loved the large windows in the primary bedroom and living room. Unit was nice and bright. Parking was easy and convenient in the garage below the building. Washer and dryer was available but didn’t need to use them. Didn’t hear or see other people in the building. We noticed cars in the garage coming and going so we knew others were there. Location was great. Convenient to freeway and very close to downtown sights such as the US Mint, Molly Brown House, Capital Hill and more. Wonderful support while we were there. Had to contact them on a minor issue and they were very reaponsive!

A wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment located within a block of the Bronco Stadium!

Pros: It’s a great location, the unit is lovely, sparkling clean and the surrounding area is quiet.

Cons: The available parking is limited and only small autos are practical for the small garage in the building. The furniture in the living room was uncomfortable for us seniors with orthopedic issues in our elder years. But we managed just fine for three days.

Beautiful place look forward to a future stay here!

Pros: The privacy, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the amenities, the safetiness were all a plus 😊 only thing was the parking garage had huge cement pillars which made somewhat difficult for parking. Perhaps a 12 noon checkout would be great to allow a little more time, but other than that thumbs up on everything else it was a great experience. I definitely would go back to stay on a future trip to Denver. Definitely will recommend to others about this beautiful place.
