Perfect weekend away

Pros: Amenities were great. It was exactly as photos showed it to be.

Cons: Parking was not clear (if could not park in garage.) Was parking allowed on side of building? Did the passes from condo cover the permit? (We did purchase one just in case)

A great stay for our football and ski trip

Pros: 2B2B layout with ton of space, kitchen island, garage parking in the basement

Cons: It gets a bit noisy in the master bedroom as it’s really close to the highway

Great place to stay but communication with staff was very poor - not sure if we would stay again.

Pros: Condo itself was great and was an easy walk to Ball Arena! Toiletries provided were best in class. The condo had an incredible scent!

Cons: Communication with staff was very poor. Door codes were updated without our knowledge and we found ourselves locked out of the building at 10pm. I asked several questions leading up to and during the stay that were ignored - one was finally answered after the third time I asked it. One of the issues we had was that the remote control that was used.to control the fan in the bedroom was no where to be found. We could not use the fan and wish we would have been able to. We asked and again were ignored.
