Pros: Host was very nice and helpfull. Easy to find and get inside. Moder furniture and there was washing machine and dryer.

Cons: It was a little cold but it is basement and there is supposed to be cold 😅

Kyle was very nice and efficient when I texted him, he always replied back in a timely manner.

Pros: The place was clean and cozy. also, I like the privacy.

Cons: We did not like the dog barking when we came in or going out. he was so loud. at times it was a bit frightening as if he was going to tear the door down. phone service was bad at times. ;)

Clean basement in a quiet neighborhood

Pros: The hosts made entering smooth and easy, and they were in good communication. The beds were comfortable, and there was enough space for our purposes. The dishes system was easy--a bin in a cupboard to put dirty dishes--and there were enough dishes for our stay. The freezer, though small, worked well. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.

Cons: There was a strange smell around the bathroom on the first night. It could have been related to sewage, or it could have been marijuana, but it was a bit unpleasant. It was gone the next morning.
