Very nice, clean and modern decor. Great shower!

Pros: Very roomy and modern studio apartment just about 100 feet from the main thoroughfare.

Cons: Include a book that has the password for the WiFi.

Pros: Beautiful condo right in downtown Grand Lake. Full kitchen with everything needed to cook meals. First floor, parking right in front of the entrance. Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and bars.

Comfortable

Pros: It is clean and extra stuff like shampoo, body wash, conditioner, laundry soap, detergents were provided so we did not have to bring those while traveling.

Cons: None really but we have to cover the window with blankets since the blind on the window still allow a lot of light at night.
