Spacious and comfortable condo in Grand Lake

Pros: The condo is spacious and was very comfortable for our group of 5. One of the bedrooms is especially large and has a separate entrance and bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed and a lot of counter space. The location on the stream is beautiful and is less than a 0.25 mile walk to downtown Grand Lake, the lake shore, and one trailhead in Rocky Mountain National Park. The owner was in direct contact with us and was very accommodating.

Cons: A few other reviews mentioned dim lighting, and I agree that it was a little dark in the living / dining areas a night.
