A dream apartment!

Pros: Perfect apartment in all aspects: location, facilities, space, everything. I have stayed in many vacation apartments during the last 20 years and this is one of the best I have ever experienced!!

Cons: The amount of hot water is extremely limited. Not sufficient for a good bath!. This was the ONLY drawback.

Loved the place but won't ever give Vacasa my money again

Pros: The appliances were updated. Cleanliness was great. Very spacious and open.

Cons: The price was ridiculous with all of the fees. We were only there ~16 hours and asking us to take out the trash was insulting; we paid $200+ in fees!

Pros: Loved the location and that we could walk to the shops and restaurants, and not have to take the car. We loved the simplicity of the loft and that it wasn’t over decorated or over done with Estes park logos. We go to Estes a lot and have always wanted to stay in a loft in town. Great place to stay and the owners were great with communication on the door codes and sending emails leading up to our stay. We appreciated that very much. We would definitely stay again.

Cons: There was a lot of dust under the bed in the actual bedroom. Not a deal breaker. Just think the owners should know, since they have a cleaning person that comes in to clean. I wouldn’t have noticed if one of my socks didn’t fall under the bed. The trash policy is a little weird, because you’re paying over $500.00 to stay there for a few days and you’re required to take all the trash out or you’ll get a fine of $200.00. I think that’s a little bit much to charge people. Especially if the owners are paying a cleaning person. What are they cleaning exactly? I mean we cleaned before we left and took out the trash.

Great location, well equipped, nicely decorated and very clean. We would stay here again.

Pros: The property is located in a fantastic place, right in the heart of Estes Park. Shopping was a few steps away, plenty of restaurants, and even the grocery store is within walking distance, maybe 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile. The unit was well-equipped and comfortable.

Cons: While not too bad, you could hear outside noise pretty well while inside. The town is pretty quiet at night, but sometimes a loud car would drive by and rouse you a bit from sleep.

Place was really nice, large and wonderfully furnished.

Pros: Location parking were perfect, walkable to everything. Bonus bed was really nice. Place was quiet even though upstairs from main street.

Pros: Location was perfect and having parking close by/overnight was helpful. Place was clean and spacious.

Cons: The hairdryer provided did not work. I intentionally check for hairdryer in the amenities listed to make sure I don’t need to bring one so that was disappointing. We tried using a different plug and reset it but it would not turn on.

Fun Downtown Estes Loft

Pros: We loved the location overlooking Main St where we could people watch. Cozy apartment with good space and beds for the 4 of us.

Great Stay. Great Location.

Pros: Location. Comfortable beds. Nicely appointed kitchen. Convenient parking. Large and nicely decorated space with deck.

Cons: Hard to sleep in because room didn’t have much for blinds. Grill was electric and small for a group of six but at least it was there! Thought unit overlooked river but overlooked road.
