A wonderful apartment in a great, quiet downtown location

Pros: Wonderful apartment - spacious, comfortable and well equipped - in a quiet and great downtown location for our 3 night stay in Denver in mid May. The building 1777 Larimer Street has a 24x7 front desk from which we collected the key fob with ease on our arrival. There is underground /secure car parking provided although we had a bit of fun finding the assigned numbered parking bay as the bays are not in numerical order. Key sightseeing places and good coffee shops/ bars/restaurants plus Coors Field, home of the Colorado Rockies MLB team, are all within a short walk of the apartment. Our host, Natalie, was superb, providing good, timely communications and was very helpful in responding to a couple of questions.

Tolle Überraschung in Denver

Pros: Die beste Unterkunft, die man sich vorstellen kann: ein toll ausgestattetes, gemütliches Studio mit französischen Balkon und das Downtown! Parken inklusive, sogar noch ein paar Stunden nach dem Check Out. Gerne wären wir länger dort geblieben!

Cons: Da fällt mir nichts ein! Alles super!

Ideal location and setting in the heart of Denver.

Pros: Natalie was super responsive, location is fantastic, views are accurate from photos, in-room amenities were amazing - coffee, pots, pans, building amenities were great, everything super clean, parking!

A comfy respite.

Pros: Good location. Host was very responsive (via text)., to our questions. Friendly staff at the reception desk. I slept well in the bed provided. More than met our needs.

Cons: I had to leave.

Comfortable, spacious apartment, somewhat oddly furnished.

Pros: Spacious apartment. Nice city view. Plenty of available storage space for guests. Comfortable furnishings (for the most part). Good access. Basement garage was very convenient though parking spaces & ramps were cramped.

Cons: There was a major glitch with the check-in process that required a call to Booking.com which then had to contact the property owner to sort things out. Apartment could have had a small desk and/or regular-hight dining table and chairs. The very tall bar-stool height was uncomfortable for us and the only place to eat was at the high kitchen counter.

Awesome location for union station/16th st and Coors field!

Pros: Excellent location! Great little apartment w reception desk for added security. Ideal for Coors field, great food options and easy to walk lodo. Everything was really nicely appointed. Brita filter, Kuerig with pods and creamer (vital touch!!!) blankets etc. nice bedding and tempurpedic mattress.
