Great location, very comfortable, great value.

Pros: It was quiet, fenced in, close to trails, as well as park, and abundant of main arteries of roads to navigate Denver with ease.

Pros: The location was wonderful. In the Glendale neighborhood on a quite street with free on-street parking and convenient to Cherry Creek, Wash Park, and an easy 20min drive to RiNo. Stayed for a week and enjoyed having the lower level to myself. Great layout with a bedroom, bathroom, living room (operating fireplace and tv), and kitchenette - exactly as the pictures display. Overall a great stay!

Cons: Since this room is in the basement I found it to be buggy - killing several spiders a day. I informed the host so they should address this moving forward.
