Pros: Our third year in a row. Says it all! Excellent location. Less than 15 minutes walk to the Old Town along quiet roads, yet only a block from one of the main arteries in/out of the city. Easy drive (or walk) to the City Park. An alternative in-door swimming pool only 5 minutes from the front door.

Pros: Has everything you need! Big comfy couch. Clean. Fun decorations. Coffee maker, French press AND coffee! A hot tub. Walking 15 mins to old town or CSU. fun place!

We really enjoyed staying at this Italian style home in Old Town! CLEAN & COMFORTABLE!!

Pros: Great location! Host thought of all kinds of wonderful touches throughout the property (french press, coffee beans, welcome guide, robes, etc.). Hot tub was very relaxing. Everything was clean and clearly labeled. Would definitely stay here again if I were staying in Fort Collins!

Pros: Located in a quiet area within a short stroll from the city centre, yet close to the main roads into and out of town. A bijou property with all you could need for a self catering holiday, but close enough to the many eateries available in downtown Fort Collins to allow for dining out if you wish.It was a joy to wake up each morning and watch the squirrels running up and down the trees nearby.
