The property was spacious and accommodated our family gathering.

Pros: We were in Colorado for a family get-together and the property accommodated our group well.

Cons: Could have had a larger patio in the back.

Property was GREAT !!, but needs a few minor improvements.

Pros: The property is a beautiful cabin house on a cul de sac residential street.

Cons: High grass at entrance walkway makes tick transmission possible. Front steps are steep and need a handrail. Walkway not lit at night and pose a falling hazard.
