Pros: Great location Didn’t know at first where to check in The bedding did not fit the bed Sheets wouldn’t stretch to fit the bed and pillows not grear but everything else was really good

A must stay....

Pros: We were on the 3rd floor and our exterior door opened to a large hot tub!! Nice and clean. Great place to soak up the sun or just sit and relax on the deck. Nice location right across from the Winter Park shops and eateries. Public transit was superb. Very close to a nicely paved trail... Fraser River Trail.

Cons: Nothing I can say that I did not like.

Wonderful stay with my family

Pros: It was clean, everything worked perfectly and it is very close to Winter Park ski base.

Cons: It doesn’t have staff in its lobby. You have to go to a building across the street for check in or if you need something.

Pros: The location was fantastic with things to do so close.

Cons: Neither of my TV's worked. The TV would turn on but the remote wouldn't change channels on the living room or bedroom TV.

We will try to book this room or similar again when we return to Winter Park.

Pros: Close to the gondola!!! Just a short walk. We received a quick response when the desk was contacted about any issue. (Our television was completely unhooked, and a tangle of wires. 20 minutes after we called a maintenance person came and fixed it for us.) The kitchen was well stocked with common cooking equipment / dishes etc. Our room was tastefully and comfortably decorated and appeared to be recently remodeled. There is a ski locker available on the first floor which was convenient after a day of skiing. No lugging to and from the room and in the elevator. Lastly, we were walking distance to the base village which was convenient for groceries, shopping and restaurants.

Cons: Getting in and out of the parking garage was a challenge, with a short time limit on putting in the long code. We struggled to figure it out and get fast enough, and saw some other cars having the same issue. A bit more time allowed to enter the code would be helpful. It was nice to have the car off the street.
