Pros: This girl at the front desk was amazing. I don’t know her name but she is very beautiful and she puts people in better moods. I wish I remembered her name

Pros: When I got to the room beds were clean but it was not clean underneath the mini fridge or the microwave the shower was still dirty and had hair

Cons: Honestly I love staying at that hotel there are some things that need to be fixed like rooms need to be checked and clean a little better your overnight staff a certain gentleman that works needs to check his behavior and his attitude besides that everybody else is great I know there’s no way you can fix the loudness of some people that stay there but hey i’ll stay again

Quality custumer service at a budget friendly price

Pros: The staff was great! Friendly and inviting, our room was clean, and the price was way good

Pros: In the near 5 years I've stayed at this 6 often on the manager will. William has always been the utmost and most professional individual. I've had to deal with. Is a great guy. He runs a good ship and as well. He cares.

Cons: Only the weather

Pros: Wonderful staff; our assigned room had someone else's bags in it (yikes) but they very quickly cleared up the problem and got us into a new room with no fuss (something had just overlapped in their system, I guess). Clean and well-kept, comfortable, right off the freeway, and definitely a great value option for a rest stop on a long drive.

Pros: Very nice staff at the reception, the room was clean, overall a good and pleasant place.

Cons: the non-smoking room smelled of tobacco

Pros: That Staff is great very friendly and knowledgeable good people keep up with the property 👍.

Cons: Their should be a Security guard present alot of homeless people in the area so it could be better.

Pros: The location , I wish they would include breakfast. 😕 Pool was nice and warm weather.

Cons: I know it's a difficult time for lots of homeless people. I pray God , help them.

Pros: It was close to a Walmart and the place is great and the Sammy is great and the other staff are nice .

Cons: Have to wait until 3:00 pm to check in it would be better check in sooner .

Pros: Man kann hier nach dem Transatlantischen Flug die erste Nacht verbringen. Beim ersten Zimmer ging es um ein Familienzimmer mit einer gemeinsamen Tür zu den lauten Nachbarn. Die Mitarbeiterin hat mir sofort Zimmer gewechselt. Zweites Zimmer war auch ein Nichtraucherzimmer aber komplett verraucht. Im dritten Zimmer konnte ich ein Paar Std bis vor Weiterreise mich erholen.

Cons: Direkt vom Hotel ist nicht zu beanstanden. Es liegt aus oben genannten Gründen an manchen Gästen, dass man sich hier nicht ganz wohl fühlt.
