Handy first night stopover hotel

Pros: Nice new property. All the facilities worked well and staff friendly. Great location for a first night after a long flight.

Cons: 20$ and 1$ deducted from credit card and no explanation given for the 20$ deduction. I had to inquire about that st check out and was informed it was a security deposit. To date (1 week later) I am still waiting for this to be refunded. Shame really as everyone else was pretty faultless

Pros: The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The whole place was super clean and modern. Very comfy beds, some restaurants closeby for food. Great selection for breakfast and an outstanding gym!

Pros: My son and I liked the room size, quietness and comfortable beds. The bathroom was a good size, the coffee making, fridge and microwave were appreciated. The shuttle to the airport was a great help too. We had returned our rental car so the proximity to the bus stop was helpful.

Cons: Breakfast was served on paper plates with plastic cutlery.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and excellent service.

Pros: I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was exceptionally clean, and the beds were comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. There was good amount of space in the room, which made it feel welcoming and relaxing. The washroom was well-maintained and spotless, which I really appreciated. Although I didn't have the chance to try the breakfast or use other hotel amenities, I did notice that the hotel was very well-kept and tidy. The staff at the front desk were courteous, professional, and made the check-in process seamless.

Cons: I had a very comfortable stay overall, but I did encounter one inconvenience during my time at the hotel. The air conditioning system was set to automatically shut off once the room reached the desired temperature, but it would stay off for extended periods (about 10-12 minutes). This led to moments of complete silence, followed by the room warming up before the AC kicked back on. It became a bit disruptive, especially when trying to sleep, as there was a noticeable gap between the cooling cycles. I did bring this up with the staff, and they explained that it's the default setting for the AC. While I understand that, I do feel that this could be improved to offer a more consistent and comfortable experience for guests. Despite this, everything else about my stay was excellent, and I would still recommend this hotel!

Pros: Rooms are big. Easy located from the airport and also Denver Downtown. Breakfast is good..Enough space.

Pros: Excellent location, pretty comfortable room and cleanness, staff was really friendly, they let me check in a few hours earlier because my flight arrived way sooner than expected, I was travelling for a concert event, 100% recommended, I´ll definitely stay here next time I´m in Denver
