Good hotel, friendly staff

Pros: The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was also a good size and had a good shower. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: I could not connect my phone to the TV, no matter how I tried. It simply kept saying I needed to connect to the hotel WiFi, which I was. I gave up!

Great Staff, Clean and Comfy hotel

Pros: After a medical emergency upon arriving in Denver, we were forced to change our plans due to a hospitalization. The staff could not have been more understanding and accommodating. We were not having our best moment and they made our stay as easy as possible at every opportunity. So glad we chose to stay here. Well done!

Family trip

Pros: Facility was very clean and organized. Completely EV charging station was available upon paid parking. Everything was well accommodated, I didn’t even have to ask hotel staff anything. Very very pleasant stay. Also many restaurants options available around a hotel.

Cons: I can not think of it.

Pros: spacious room and bathroom. great to have access to a rooftop pool and gym. staff were very friendly and helpful!

Cons: location isn’t amazing- lots of construction. work going on around and not close to amenities from what I saw. we were only there 1 day so it didn’t matter to us tho!

Excellent in every way, I stayed a night longer than I had originally planned.

Pros: I was there for appointments at UC Health. Location was perfect. I was able to walk to the hospital. Access off of I 70 is easy, so I will be back for sure.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff

Pros: Customer service at front desk, transportation to UC Health and clean room. The front line staff acts as a team and made the experience exceptional. Thank you

Cons: The room doors down the hall make a lot of noise as they slammed shut and kept us up.
