Annual trip to Winter Park, Beaver Village Condo

Pros: Love that the condo was updated. Love that the master had a king size bed. The location is perfectly situated between the mountain and town and I received communications about my rental regularly.

Cons: The fireplace didn't work correctly, we would have to manually turn in the gas on and light it everytime we wanted to use it which I wasn't comfortable with.

Excellent apartment & location. Would stay here again in a heartbeat & would highly recommend!

Pros: Excellent location, very comfortable and well equipped apartment.

Cons: I booked it because it had a fireplace. It was not working but we didn’t know until we checked in. Hot tubs & pool at the Clubhouse were wonderful after a long day skiing, but the hot tubs were dirty with scum lines around water surface. No grocery store close by, within walking distance.

Great value for Winter Park

Pros: The building is old but the unit was nicely updated inside with Ikea furnishings. The Lift to Winter Park ski resort was just outside the building. The indoor pool and hot tub is in the building next door.

Cons: The door was hard to open at times. No coffee filters.
