Nice centralized location between Granby and Winter Park

Pros: The overall space of the house was perfect for our family of 6. They had just enough games and snow sleds to keep my kids entertained. We also appreciated the amount of hot water as we've run into houses with very small tanks and we couldn't all take showers at one time.

Cons: The house could use some repairs. The weather stripping on the back sliding door was coming off and there was a large water stain/opening above the main TV in the living room. The TVs were also very confusing as there was a ton of remotes, but no explanation of how to use or which one went with what TV. (The TV in the bunk room wasn't even hooked up to the wall.) They were also missing random basic kitchen items like measuring cups, yet had espresso machines and panini maker.
