Perfect for a small family get away!! Can’t wait to come back next year!

Pros: The location is unmatched, love being on the creek!

Great experience in a very cute cabin in Colorado!

Pros: Great location for a relax getaway and to enjoy hiking in the mountains. It was awesome that it was next to the river, we enjoyed it.

Cons: Noting, all good

Cozy and sweat.

Pros: Breakfast was great. I usually eat a hearty breakfast but the little bakery had some delicious banana bread.

Cons: Power went out unexpectedly one night but we managed to stay warm and comfy till it was restored in the morning.

The perfect spot in Nederland

Pros: Perfect location on the creek and close to shops and restaurants. The property was extremely thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Hot tub was awesome too.

Thorpe on the water is the perfwct mohntain getaway!

Pros: Everything about our stay was wonderful! The house was clean and comfortable, the location and views were unmatched, and Tonys communication was great. We cannot wait to come back!

Chill, laidback and cozy!

Pros: Thorpe on the Water is a quaint, quiet, cozy, rustic cabin in a serene, peaceful setting hidden in the middle of cool, fun, laidback Nederland CO. The cabin is rustic yet all of the amenities are modern. Fireplace, hot tub and creekside Adirondack chairs add to the relaxing time spent chilling out in the mountains.

Cons: (No complaints at all:)

Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing.

Pros: The house was great! The bed was comfortable. The river was literally right outside the back door. It was relaxing to hear the river running even while in the house. They provided so many extras and it was clean. The host was great!

Outstanding just what we were looking for something not super hidden but also not to close to a big city.

Pros: The cozy cabin once you walk through the front door immediately go open the sliding door and listen to the water running down the stream. Awesome place.

Pros: Tony, was so friendly and helpful. He was quick to respond and made our night great. I fell in love with this property and already planning my next trip.

Pros: There’s so much to love about this property! Location is right downtown in Nederland and walking distance to all the wonderful shops, restaurants, summer farmer’s market, Chipeta park, and reservoir. It feels like a home in each corner inside the property, with all of the beautiful mountain decor touches throughout. The property has everything you need to have a wonderful retreat in the beautiful mountains of Nederland.

Cons: Not one thing with the property. A minor inconvenience was when a parking space for the property was taken.
