A very good value that is clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Pros: I liked the location. It was quiet and easy to get to. I liked having a garage for my rental car. It provided added security and convenience. I liked having a separate bathroom for each bedroom.

Cons: The entrance area is a step above the living room and dining room. The property needs a warning for first-time renters to watch their step as they enter through the front door or garage door.
