Pros: Property was well located and big enough for our group.

Cons: Didn't care for the need to go to office and pick up keys. Admittedly, I didn't read the directions carefully, but upon arriving at the office and knocking on the door, was greeted with rudeness and hostility for not using the code provided in a long email, and making them open door for me. Not a warm welcome or the attitude I would expect as a repeat customer.
