Pros: Location is sublime for mountain lovers. We felt embraced by the mountains and nature. Trails all around. Serenity and quietness in short. We were equidistant from Estes Park and Colorado springs. 20 min away from downtown Boulder is also a plus. Ashley was very responsive and helpful..
