Nice location, spacious

Pros: Perfect location for family wedding at Blackstone Rivers Ranch. Loved the two floors and separate living spaces on both floors. Nice big kitchen. Good WIFI which was essential as there is no cell service at property. Access to garage which was great during hail storm. Beautiful porch right on creek Private.

Cons: Keurig coffee pot would have been nice and kitchen is not well appointed for such a large home. More coffee cups - we had to buy disposable coffee cups to allow for all of us to have coffee at same time and extra paper products like paper towels would have been great.

Beautiful modern comfortable home for a family.

Pros: We liked the layout of the house…..bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and family room. We loved how the kitchen, dining, and family room were one big room. Very easy to have conversations and feeling connected. The kitchen was easy to have several people cooking together, and we had plenty of dishes and cooking ware. The washer and dryer were very nice and clean. The house overall was modern, clean, and well cared for. Plenty of parking.

Cons: The first morning we had no coffee filters, but received some that same day. My husband thought the hot tub needed some cleaning. Two of the garbage cans were full and the third one had garbage in it as well. 2 of the dining room chairs were very wobbly. It would be nice if the back downstairs bedroom had a bench like the front bedroom. I believe the website said there were hair dryers but we didn't find any.
