Pros: Clean and modern property. Very nice kitchen. Convenient to I-70 and thus to getting to various places of interest.

Cons: Proximity to I-70 is convenient for getting to places, but means noise from traffic on the interstate. It is not a problem if you keep the windows shut, but means we could not open windows or use the patio (which has no furniture). The bedroon on the first floor is nice size with nice view, but lacks a closet, has only a hanging rack.

Overall enjoyed the stay - view and location were good.

Pros: The location was easy to get to and access. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was sufficient for my stay, and the view was incredible. The highway traffic can be a bit loud especially when 18 wheelers downshift but the sound machines definitely helped.

Cons: If you plan on working remotely as I did, this may not be the ideal accommodation as the internet was up and down every day. It would be nice to have some patio furniture on the deck to take in the views and relax outside. The showers are a bit small but manageable, would be nice to have some additional hooks/shelving in them for items. Would suggest adding instructions on how to work the dishwasher - had to google it. Also, the TV remote would not let me turn the sound up or down - just mute.

Great house for a small family or couples trip, relaxing and close to Arapahoe Basin!

Pros: the property was clean, comfortable, and roomy! we enjoyed the view from the upstairs bedroom each morning. easy drive to ski resorts (Arapahoe Basin, Breck, Loveland, keystone) & Denver! it’s about 15 minutes to the casino too!

Cons: we thought the downstairs bedroom needed a bit more storage (dresser or shelves?), and maybe? a mirror. we couldn’t get the oven to work, and even though we didn’t mind hand washing the dishes, maybe leave a “how to” manual on how to use the dishwasher lol
