Christmas

Pros: Close to town. Well equipped kitchen. Clean. Separate bunk house for kids. Nice fire place to use while you plan to stay inside main house. Lots of blankets.

Cons: Heating element permanently not working in bunk house. Dryer still didn't finish drying my clothes after 3 cycles of drying. Needs to be set at higher temp as you are unable to change this manually. Both of these factors made it hard to stay warm waking in the morning or getting ready to go explore outside. My hubby loved the bed, just not my type (spring mattress).

Very nice cabin in a good location, close to everything....

Pros: Great location.... the cabin has got all you need for a comfortable stay. From the outside, it looks a bit disappointing, but on the inside, it is very well maintained, everything functions and it's got everything one would need for a pleasant stay. We also appreciated the BBQ outside.

Cons: this is not the fault of the property, but when it is windy outside, you feel like sitting in a sandstorm. If the road was paved, it would be different .....

Pros: Für uns war die Abgeschiedenheit vom Örtchen Grand Lake gerade gut. Zum Zentrum waren es 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, um Eis, Snacks und Souvenirs zu kaufen. Der See ist sehr schön, der Bereich um den Steg an der Badestelle ist ein schöner Platz zum Spielen für die Kinder. Obwohl die wände dünn sind haben wir von den Geräuschen draußen nicht viel mitbekommen. Der eigene Fluss vor der Tür um die Füße reinzustecken war grandios. In der Küche war alles, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Vielleicht schaffen wir es und besuchen die Hütte erneut.
