Pros: The cabin is BEAUTIFUL! A wonderful combination of rustic mountain architecture and elegant modern amenities. The entire layout is spacious and inviting with our family of six having plenty of room. The view from the living space was spectacular!
Cons: The deck was a bit small and in rough condition. It would be nice to not have to keep the utility room door open and a fan on to disperse the heat from that room since it is the first thing you see when coming in the front door.

I would definitely go back. Enjoyed the time with my family and seeing some foxes in the area.
Pros: The location was great to RMNP and very peaceful. It was a great place for the family to get together.
Cons: The guest bathroom needs to be repaired. Drain in sink doesn't work well and bath tub plug does not hold in water and tub is dirty looking. I was happy with the rest of the cabin.

Lovely cabin in pretty location.
Pros: We liked the location, although it was further up than we thought. The property was lovely, and pretty, and big enough for all of us! (Although it was not too cool to be so close to the campers. We could see them and hear them so we know they could see us). The kitchen was wonderful and well-stocked...great to work in. Nice fridge, too! The cabin was nicely decorated....we felt like the owners cared! Thanks for the toys for the kids. Loved seeing a moose our last morning.
Cons: We would have loved BAR soap in the bathrooms...had to go get our own for use. Only soft pumper soap was provided. We would have loved an umbrella for the back patio...for mornings and afternoons. We almost ran into ACE to get one. You could have renters take the umbrella down after use. The cigarette butts are not cool to have out front so we moved them out of site ...then moved them back. It's a no smoking cabin, right? The front furniture was very dirty and so was the floor ...we washed and swept to be able to use the porch. Not to be overly picky, but we did pay a lot and just want you to have some insight into what we liked and didn't like. The bed in the Master was so high that we had trouble getting into it. And, sorry, but, even though the rocks in the Master bath are cool, they are brutal to walk and stand on. We are retired educators and maybe too fussy....sorry. We did enjoy our stay. Sorry for anything negative. But perhaps they could just be suggestions??
