Pros: Дуже охайно та чисто, якщо були якісь питання, власник зразу відповідав, всі інструкції з ключами були зрозумілі та доступні, все було чудово. Власники потурбувались про комфорт, порошок для прання, кава, чай, шампуні, все доступно до використання. Фотографії на всі 100% співпадають з реальністю

Great property - terrible communication from host

Pros: Lovely 2 bedroom townhouse. Each bedroom had an attached bath. The kitchen was beautifully stocked with pots, pans, spices etc. Photos are accurate. There is a pool and hot tubs in a community center. Not sure if we were supposed to use it but we did.

Cons: Communication with the host was terrible. I tried e-mail, Booking.com messages, direct text and even called but could never get details on use of the common, community pool and hot tubs. There was supposed to be a book explaining the property but we could never find it. I'd be worried about response to a serious issue based upon the lack of communication from the host. There is a 2 car garage but our SUV wouldn't fit with the ski rack.
