Great base to stay in FoCo with family members in town for a wedding!

Pros: Location is good, in a newer (and under development) neighborhood North of downtown, easy walking distance to New Belgium and Odell breweries. Kitchen functional and well appointed, dining seating good a bit cramped, living room and bedrooms comfortable, very nicely furnished and decorated.

Cons: Nothing under host's direct control - there were a couple of significant tripping hazard holes in the grass strip between sidewalk and street, and when I let Justin know about it he investigated and let the HOA know they needed to fix these. He was very promptly responsive to any questions we had.

Easy to get to, close to amenities and overall great house

Pros: Beautifully decorated, clean and quiet. Garage was an unexpected bonus. The house was spacious and so comfortable.

Pros: It's close to the downtown area with shops and dining options. Our host left a list of places close to us with the contact information, which was helpful. If we reached out, he was quick to respond. The place is beautiful!
