Good to great property if you are willing to pay $$$ for location and time of year. We were.

Pros: Rustic yet modern decor,, with nice touches like the skylight. Excellent espresso machine and coffee supply bar including plastic utensils, paper towels. Excellent location since we were attending the Scottish Festival a 10 minute walk away. Very comfy bed. Refrigerator and microwave enabled us to save leftovers from pricey restaurants. Very attentive host (Brandon). Much quieter than expected give proximity to St. Vrain Ave. and dog in neighboring cabin.

Cons: Bed was so high we had to almost jump into it. Shower could use recaulking when you get around to it. No big deal. Would be nice to have a summary mailed to us (in case we were too thick to parse it from the booking) regarding -Grill tools -Disposable supplies: plates, bowls, paper towels, plastic utensils, salt & pepper
