Sehr schöner Hausteil, Mängel hinsichtlich Ventilatorlärm und Kommunikation

Pros: Sehr schöner Hausteil mit toller Aussicht in den RMNP. Die Betten sind sehr gut und die Ausstattung ebenfalls. Die Küche ist grossartig ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen hervorrragenden Aufenthalt benötigt.

Cons: Der Ventilator für das Radon Reduktionssystem ist störend laut. Leider ist dieser Ventilator im Bereich der Schlafzimmer, was sehr störend ist (kaum möglich, entspannt einzuschlafen). Dieser Ventilatorlärm passt ganz und gar nicht zur Ruhe der Gegend. Wenn der Ventilatorlärm nicht wäre, würden wir für die Unterkunft eine 10 geben. Die Vermietungsgesellschaft hingegen verdient keine gute Bewertung hinsichtlich Kommunikation. Wir haben den Ventilatorlärm telefonisch und digital nach der ersten Nacht reklamiert. Eine Antwort erhielten wir erst nach der 3 Nacht bzw. an unserem Abreisetag. Mangelhaft!!
