Comfy clean cabin, value is worth it, ideal location

Pros: A supremely comfy, clean, rustic-vibe spacious cabin on the edge of Estes Park. Very communicative host with clear check in and check out instructions. There's an entry code. Parking on site, right across the front door. About 5-8 minute drive from main Estes Park, which made it easy to pick up things here and there. Perfect for a group stay. Pet friendly, just pay the pet fee. Kitchen appliances came in handy to cook meals, coffeemaker was clutch too. It was very quiet during our stay. I saw guests come and go in other cabins, gave it a nice semi community feel. One of the RM National Park entrances was up the street, maybe 10 minute drive. Cabin stayed warm. For the value, worth it. I recommend!

Cons: Wifi was solid 95% of the time, there were occasional minutes it didn't work/signal timed out. But overall, reliable enough. My cell phone's 5G signal didn't pick up in that specific area, it worked fine in central Estes Park.
