Pros: The location is great to walk around downtown Estes.

Cons: If there is a washer and dryer it would be great to supply washing detergent.

We loved staying in this unit and plan to secure it for our next trip to Estes.

Pros: Location is ideal. One block away from downtown Estes. Plenty of space for two people. Comfortable beds. Convenient parking. Strong Wi-Fi. Nice updated kitchen and bath. Has a cottage feel with the knotty pine panelling and knotty pine furniture. May not be everyone's style, but we liked it. Has a pleasant covered deck with table and chairs for eating, drinking, and relaxing outside. Deck also has a hot tub which we didn't use. The family below us used theirs and seemed to enjoy it. Has a ceiling fan in each bedroom and a couple of extra portable fans to help make up for no air conditioning.

Cons: We were there during a hot spell and would have appreciated AC. The fans helped to make up for that. Most of the windows were hard to raise and lower to let in fresh air.
