Perfect location with a tremendous scenic view from the living room that was just amazing.

Pros: Location was great and the large window in the living room allowed us to see the local deer and turkey as they went about their activities during the snowfall we experienced.

Cons: Not much to say other than a great setup, great location and the fireplace was a big hit with the family during the snow fall we experienced. There was plenty of room for dining activities at the house and the kitchen setup was perfect.

Pros: Everyone had a bed and convenient bathroom. We enjoyed the hot tub and heard elk bugeling at night. . The wildlife that traveled around and through the yard daily, deer and turkeys.

Cons: A bear got into the outdoor trash container overnight. The windows needed to be cleaned. Not enough kitchen towels and wash rags. Having to remove our shoes, the floor tiles are cold.

Great location!

Pros: This house was a fantastic place for stay for our group! It was a great location and was very clean! We had plenty of room in the shared spaces and it was very helpful to have multiple bathrooms. We all really enjoyed being able to see wildlife out the windows - most days we saw deer right by the patio and near the driveway. The keyless entry system was very easy to use for all guests! We'd love to stay here again and would highly recommend it to others! The property owner was very responsive!

Pros: The house was a perfect size for our family and grandchildren. A great location close to Rocky Mountain Beaver Creek entrance. We loved the hot tub and elk that would wander out back. The kitchen was stocked well. The layout is very nice and the furnishings very comfortable. I had one question and the Contact immediately responded. We loved the town of Estes Park so many things to do for all ages. Thank you for a great family trip and memories.

Cons: My only suggestion is to add a few more games. Everything else was great!!!
