Mountain luxury on Lake Dillon

Pros: El lugar muy cuidado, la vista , si esta cerca de todooo, es como si frisco esta justo en medio de todos los demás pueblos como breck, vail, georgetown. La piscina y los jacuzzi increible. En lo personal solo me gustaría que nosotros pudiéramos controlar la calefacción porque nos dio un poco de frío antes de ir a la cama , pero ya estando entre las Cobijas se pasaba :)

Pros: Ruhig gelegenes Apartment am Lake Dillon. Wir konnten hier die letzten Tage unseres Urlaubs gut genießen. Richard hält einen ständig auf dem laufenden im Bezug auf Check in und Check out. Und ist auch sonst gut erreichbar, falls etwas sein sollte. Jederzeit gerne wieder

Pros: Modern style & beautiful. Close to the lake. Few minutes away from different stores & restaurants.

Cons: The sofa bed needs new mattress. It felt like sleeping on the wooden floors. Needs more extra pillows.The floors needs cleaning. My daughter & son in law walked barefoot in the unit & they washed their feet before going to bed due to it turned black from the dirt in the unit.

Excellent views and close to the amphitheater!

Pros: Property is centrally located in Dillon and has basic necessities for your stay. Communication was great and instructions were clear. Loved the patio area with the great views and a less than 1 minute walk to the amphitheater.

Great location to drive between different ski resorts. Loved the hot tub. Overall highly recommend!

Pros: Great to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In unit laundry was also a plus. Beautiful view of the lake.

Cons: Owner didn’t inform us of some pipe work that was being done. There was a whole in the wall in the bathroom of one of the rooms into the living room. It was fixed the next day, but we did run into the worker when we were coming home. The fumes were intense. I had asked about the time when they were coming and we were only told “that day”.

Outstanding location for family ski trip

Pros: The condo was outstanding and owners communication was excellent. It’s on the ground floor and has a beautiful view of the mountains and lake. Comfortably slept a family of 5. Very clean and nicely appointed, especially the kitchen. Parking was outside the door. Included access to indoor pool and hot tub. Close to Keystone and Breckenridge. We also visited the Keystone Nordic Ski Center and Vail. Close to supermarket, ski rental, and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Our Host was wonderful. One minor issue late at night, called host, problem solved immediately.

Pros: Dillion is centrally located to everything and the view from the condo was fantastic.

Great location, nicely furnished

Pros: Great location, good views. Nice outdoor chair options. No stairs. Nicely furnished and lots of dishes. Both a coffee pot and a keurig. Comfy. Great communication, definitely will stay again. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Helpful instructions on walls by smart switches.

Cons: You are on ground level so leaving windows open at night if you like to sleep cold depends on your level of comfort with it.

Pros: Loved the location the most. Also like how the place was remodeled.

Cons: Bathroom fans and lights did not work for 1st two days we were there. According to owner because they were connected to Alexa he had to reset them in person but this ended up not to be true because they simultaneously went on. Having everything tied to Alexa wasn't ideal. The directions on how to operate the bathrooms were not clear and the font was too small. Additional issue was parking. My car got booted because I allegedly had a photocopy of the parking pass rather than an original. While the owner was immediately responsive about this issue, it was still upsetting. There seems to be an obvious conflict between the owners and the property management company that needs to be resolved so that guests are not affected as I was.
