Great location!

Pros: Fantastic little apartment. Spotlessly clean, fantastic to have the washer and dryer, and quick to warm up. Full kitchen with sufficient crockery and cutlery to be able to self cater. Good supplies of detergents, washing machine powder etc, which was great as we came from overseas for a conference. Excellent location, great to have an off-street car park. We were able to walk or bus into central Denver extremely easily. Very safe and wonderful location next to Botanic Gardens. We would definitely stay again.

Cons: Once the sofa bed is folded out you have to climb over it to get to the kitchen area. Steep stairs to access unit. You would have to be able to carry your suitcase up these stairs to stay here. Some guests might find this difficult. A little more lighting would have been helpful in the lounge area, but these are small matters and did not detract from our overall stay.
