Nice accommodations in Denver with everything nearby

Pros: Love the neighborhood and nearby shops and food. Nice, modern accommodations with a little kitchen.

Cons: Parking instructions not super clear. Park on the street free, is where you should park. At the time I arrived there was no nearby parking.Which was fine, just good to know in advance to arrival day and time.

It was a great stay, value for money, at great location.

Pros: The location is great and the host think very thoroughly from the perspective of the guests, placing some items that the guests may forget to bring in basket. The overall value delivered exceeds my expectation.

Convenient Stay With Great Amenities

Pros: I enjoyed my stay here. The location has a nice perk: there’s a store and a coffee shop within easy walking distance, about 5 min which made quick errands and morning coffee runs super convenient. The room looked exactly like the photo, and having an in-unit washer and dryer was a huge plus—it made the stay feel much more comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed, and the hosts went out of their way to provide helpful amenities. They also gave very clear instructions on how to access the gate and the door, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was a well-equipped space with thoughtful touches.

Cons: As others mentioned you can definitely hear people living above but that is disclosed on the listing.. The house faces the street, so I could hear a lot of traffic, and the room stayed pretty bright at night, which made it hard to sleep. These factors made the stay less comfortable than I had hoped . Aside from a store and coffee shop nearby, the area isn’t very walkable, especially during colder months when going farther distances isn’t ideal.

Pros: It’s so cozy as soon as you walk in you feel peace wonderful place to stay highly recommended!!

Pros: Overall, I had an exceptional stay at this studio. Upon arrival the room was very clean and welcoming. The space was perfect for one person or would also be great for a couple. The kitchenette provided great supplies that I did use while I was staying there. The Jacuzzi was a cherry on top after going on a couple of rigorous hikes in the area. I would definitely recommend this as a top stay in the downtown Denver area and will definitely be back the next time I visit.

Pros: It had everything I needed. Nice clean bed, kitchen, and washer and dryer.

Cons: Difficulties entering the building ( I was not sent the gate code).

Pros: Very modern and stylish. The bed was comfortable. I liked that the T.V. was Roku and you could sign into your own services. Near a lot of restaurants and places to go.

Cons: You do hear the owners upstairs a lot. This fact is disclosed upon booking.

Gute Unterkunft

Pros: Hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Gute Lage, sehr zentral. Nettes präsent! Liebevoll eingerichtet.
