Pros: Gray Moose was a fabulous place to stay during our summer holiday to Breckenridge. It was so quiet with little to no road noise. The home itself is lovely and well furnished. Every bedroom has an on-suite bathroom (note one bedroom functions as an office space with pull-out couch) . It has a decent view of the golf course, while remaining very private. The hot tub was awesome. Beds were very comfortable.

Cons: A couple of very minor points. Water took a long time to heat up for showers and sinks. The main living area gets a lot of afternoon sunlight, which caused it to be pretty toasty during the 73 degree days, even with blinds shut. They could soon use a new living room TV, and the old AppleTV remote they have is not the most intuitive to use for people not used to them (like us).
