Cozy A-Frame Retreat - Hot Tub

Great cabin!

Pros: The cabin was so cute and spacious! It was perfect for a friends weekend to the mountains. We also loved the hot tub!

Cons: The road to get there is a maze, but it’s all good with GPS!

The perfect cozy vacation spot!

Pros: I loved the remote location. The peace, scenery, and comfortability of this beautiful home, along with the amenities. The host was responsive and very helpful. I will definitely be rebooking.

Pros: The property was perfect for our group of 5 for a Thanksgiving stay. Beautiful house and had everything we needed. We also really enjoyed the proximity to Blackhawk!

Our family traveled for the holidays and enjoyed our time relaxing in the mountains!

Pros: The house was very clean and well cared for. We enjoyed cooking, relaxing in the hot tub, watching movies and playing the various games provided at the house. It was a great holiday getaway!

Cons: Our family of six enjoyed our time in the mountains; the only thing we would recommend would be a bit more seating in the family room area. Other than that, it was just what we were looking for.

Pros: The location was awesome, and the home was so cozy and perfect . The hosts were attentive. Loved the rental!

Overall Excellent

Pros: The drive up to the house is amazing and the house is very nice and orderly. The host went above and beyond to make my honeymoon stay with my wife the best it could be. There were zero issues and I would recommend this house if youre looking for a remote stay or looking to explore all the trails and parks that are close by.

We can’t waitto go back!

Pros: The location is amazing, the drive to it, it’s a stunning home, very clean and modern. Lots of games. It’s the first rental I’ve been to that kept condiments/hot sauces, plus there was pancake batter/syrup and campbells in the cupboard, whether or not they kept them there or another guest had.

Cons: We found the keys and the front doors to be really finicky and if there was angry wildlife and you were trying to get inside fast it could raise an issue. There’s only one shower and there’s only enough water pressure for just the shower.

Perfect girls getaway

Pros: This house was absolutely beautiful and in an amazing secluded area that gives so much peace and quiet. It was perfect for our mom getaway and it was such a steal for the price.

Cons: Cute and so much natural light. Up that high in the mountains you are so far away from the sound of the city.

I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning in the summer of 2026!

Pros: The location was absolutely perfect, tucked away on the mountain, surrounded by towering trees, with nothing but quiet and nature. It felt completely private and serene, the kind of place where you can truly relax and breathe (I'm writing a book) The lodge itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exceeded every expectation we had. On our second day, smoke drifted in the area from a wildfire 150 miles away, and when I reached out to the owner for emergency guidance, (I didn't know exactly where the wild fires were going) they responded quickly with clear information and even checked back the next day to ensure we felt safe.

Cons: There honestly wasn’t anything I didn’t like about our stay. The owners were amazing!!! The nearest grocery store is about 30 minutes away, but I knew that ahead of time and planned for it, so it wasn’t an issue. The lodge was stocked with everything else we needed, pots, pans, dishes, paper products, cleaning supplies, and even a washer, dryer, and laundry supplies, making it feel just like a home away from home!
