Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning if improvements are made to the cleanliness and yard maintenan

Pros: Pros: - The bed is great, offering a comfortable night's sleep. - Laundry facilities are available, which is convenient. - The house is furnished with modern furniture, enhancing the overall aesthetic and comfort. Cons: - There weren't enough towels provided—only four for a group of ten, which was insufficient. - The house could use a deep cleaning to improve hygiene. - The yard needs better maintenance, as it appears neglected. - There were some issues with the electricity that need to be addressed.

Cons: There are only two bathrooms, both located upstairs. Additionally, there are no full bathrooms available on the ground floor. Or basement

Overall a great experience and we will definitely come back and stay at the same property.

Pros: The home was well decorated with upgrades and basic essentials for most families. Arvada is a good location closer to the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Check in and check out processes were simple and efficient.

Cons: The property wasn’t cleaned well in many areas including the bathroom and toilets. Looks like the cleaning crew sweeps but doesn’t mop floors carefully. Some hooks to hang towels and clothes in the bathrooms could be useful and convenient. Some kind of pest control service quarterly would help to minimize the bugs and critters inside the home especially in summer. Lastly, what’s up with the tall weeds in the front and back yard. It really made it difficult to sit outside on the porch and enjoy the weather. Some yard services would help enhance the outdoor environment of the house.

Pros: The location was perfect for us. House was clean and comfortable. It was an easy adjustment being away from home.

Pros: This property is amazing. The kitchen was properly stocked . The management company was always responding quickly to our questions.

Pros: The house was a great place for our family of 6. We were able to have our own spaces and areas for entertainment and relaxation from our busy trip. Having laundry on site was great, as we tried to pack light for our stay.

Cons: The main bathtub was filling up during showers, and I ended up pulling probably a year's worth of hair from the drain. Finding only six bath towels in the house for our large group was inconvenient, but the staff was helpful in dropping off more towels in a day or two. I'd recommend having the house a little more prepared if a larger group plans to stay. We were also unable to locate any extra dish/kitchen towels, so we ended up using more paper towels than what we would have needed.

we were very happy with the inside of the home but disappointed with the outside areas.

Pros: location was very good and the inside of the house was very nice and comfortable.

Cons: The yard and outside deck could definitely use some work. The yard and and walkway was was covered with branches and tree debris.

Pros: Lots of space and bathrooms. Was great to have a washer and dryer to use.

Cons: Would have been great to have the hot tub working.

We would definitely return here for future stays. The neighborhood is lovely with well kept homes.

Pros: The location was perfect for us as it was only 10 minutes from our daughter's home and so close to grocery stores and shopping centers. The kitchen was more than adequately supplied with beautiful pans and even a spice rack. It would be the perfect home for a family as there were 4 bedrooms and multiple spaces for spreading out.

Cons: The shower in the primary bedroom was a little small & the curtain wouldn't stay in place, so it was 'sucked' into the shower. Also the showerhead was not adjustable for volume or positioning. We both ended up using the other bathroom shower because it was larger-showerhead was the same, but could compensate because of the larger area. Would have appreciated a lamp or two in the main living room.
