Pros: Close location to Winter park. Very comfy for a group of four or five. All kitchen elements for cooking including some consumables like condiments.

Cons: The master bathroom tub didn't drain fast enough while showering. Most likely the drain is partially plugged. King bed is too large for master bedroom leaving almost no space on one side. I would suggest replacing it with a queen size. Having laundry would be a good improvement.
