A relaxing ski trip

Pros: *Contemporary apartment which had everything we needed for our stay - felt like an hotel room (in a good way!) *Well-equipped: including a full kitchen, grill, and a washing machine / dryer *Pleasant balcony with absolutely beautiful views to the forest *Great on-site spa with a large hot-tub (outdoors) *Clear instructions on how to enter / use the facilities / check-out *The whole parking lot was promptly plowed after an intense snow storm the night before we left (phew!)

Cons: *Toilet and bathtub were moderately dirty when we arrived and we had to perform some cleaning ourselves *The main bed was squeaky *The TV on the bedroom could be larger *The heated pool is off-site: we tried going but found it too cumbersome to park a few blocks away from it and walk in the cold weather... so we ended up heading back

I really enjoyed the apartment and our stay.

Pros: I liked the whole apartment and the balcony with the wooded view and sound of the stream. I also like the fact that it is in a more secuded area.

Cons: The BBQ burner cover needs to be replaced.

Close to the shuttle stop; needs a new couch bed mattress

Cons: The couch bed is long overdue for a new mattress - can feel the springs in it! Would love a hot water kettle for making tea/hot chocolate/hot water Needed more information about the hot tub - there was one just across the parking lot (materials make it sound like you have to go to River Run), but we didn't know where to find hot tub towels (answer: in the locker room next to the outdoor hot tub)

Great location and peaceful!

Pros: The location was great, and the view from the deck/ living room is beautiful. Loved our stay. We will be back for sure. Extremely quiet.

Cons: The bed is on the cheaper side and not very comfortable. The fan in the living room has a broken stand. It's a basic standing fan and inexpensive to replace. These are not things that would prevent us from coming back.

Pros: The jetted tub was perfect after a long day. The balcony provided beautiful scenery for my morning coffee. The kitchen amenity and grill allowed for a hearty dinner. I will stay here again

Cons: Took me a bit to figure out lights in the bedroom and we never could figure out how to change the channel in the living room. These are user errors though, more a reflection on us than the property

Pros: Clean, comfortable condo in a nice quiet woodsy setting. Good outdoor hot tub. Great location especially for Arapahoe Basin..

Pros: Good value. Convenient central location for hiking trails we wanted to do in the area. Convenient code check-in for getting into town late. Very clean.

Cons: Not really the site's fault, but we forgot to buy coffee at the grocery store and it would have been nice if there would have been some on site to make in the morning. The mattress on the main bed wasn't the best.
