Pros: The bed was horrible. The rest of the place was great.

Enjoyable stay, just needs a warning label about parking and construction going on.

Pros: The apartment was well stocked, clean, great view and mostly comfortable. Summer prices are affordable.

Cons: It seemed like construction was going on all hours of the night. There are a few ceiling lights that need to be mounted in better also. We couldn't open our living room window due to how loud the construction workers were below us. With the fans going, the noise level was easy to tolerate at night. Parking can be a bit of a chore when all the tenants are there. The room it's self was affordable, the extra fees almost doubled the price. Also, I would suggest explaining how to use the extra facilities, We had to find everything ourselves, there were no instructions left.
