Cozy Granby Mountain Condo with Resort Amenities!

Great central location

Pros: Great location as it's close to skiiing, hot springs, RMNP and restaurants. A 15- 20 minute from the condo and you're there.

Cons: Building itself is a little noisy.

Pleasant stay and very convenient for our activities.

Pros: The unit itself was really nicely appointed. Lots of towels and linens and a well stocked kitchen. Kids loved the movie selection too.

Cons: The complex and amenities are getting pretty shabby. There was a lot of dust on the popcorn ceiling in our unit.

Good times at Granby!

Pros: Small but convenient space for family. It was clean and comfortable. Pool area was very nice, swim in, swim out. Close to ski area.

Cons: Not a lot of privacy for bed space as the King bed is foot to foot with pullout couch. Bathroom is poorly lit. Could be better photos sharing sleeping area, just to know what to expect.

Great location for outdoor activity

Pros: Location is great. It is an old property so let that be your expectation. This is a nice unit clean and well furnished.

Cons: The property is non-smoking however the person below us smoked on their balcony often and not having air conditioning we had to have the windows open and the smoke came into our room. Also walking through the hallways it is apparent that the no smoking rule is disregarded by tenants and not enforced by the property.

One of the best trips we’ve taken so far! Granby is gorgeous and we can’t wait to come back to this unit again.

Pros: Beautiful location, great heated pool and hot tubs, pet friendly, and overall a very clean and lovely unit. Property was very dog friendly and the grounds are beautiful.

Cons: The restaurant and bar at the hotel closed down and is currently leasing so that was a bummer, but not a huge deal breaker. Plenty of good restaurants in Granby.

Clean and great location

Pros: The unit was exceptionally clean and beautiful. The property itself is older and could use some updates, but we spent most of our time out and about. We had no issues with our condo, but a few things we would have liked to change. The skylight was beautiful, but we have a small child and would have like a retractable shade for night time. Also, the couch was very firm and could use a little more comfort. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and will stay here again.

Cozy, comfy condo in a great location

Pros: Great location, cozy space, pretty views from the balcony! The host was very responsive and helpful.

Cons: The hot tubs were not working because of a maintenance issue. Not the host’s fault at all, but it was a bummer!
