Nice Georgetown attic aptmt

Pros: Great location, cozy and clean space. Nice size fridge and a microwave. Responsive and helpful management.

Cons: It was cold when we arrived and it took us a minute to find the floor heaters since no thermostat, but it warmed right up when we figured it out.

The Historic is a great place to stay! I will be back.

Pros: The apartment was lovely, very clean and cozy. Just a block from the Main Street it was very convenient to downtown. Every amenity was included, from a hair dryer to coffee pods!

Pros: the location was so charming, close to so much beauty and a perfect stop for an extended Colorado Rockies road trip

Cons: I love that Georgetown is such a sweet, slightly remote, hamlet and with that there is a limited number of stores open after 5 and fewer restaurants but no problem driving less than 10 minutes to Idaho Springs for pizza or craft beer if It's after hours in Georgetown
