Estes Park Condo Rental Balcony with River Views!

Perfect place to enjoy the river views.

Pros: Everything. We loved the cond it was just what we needed. We coook all of our meals when we go out of town. We enjoyed every meal out on the deck overlooking the river. We loved this place.

We enjoyed our stay!

Pros: Location, near Rocky Mountains, near Estes Park. Building well maintained, river front with a really nice view that will calm your senses. Inside, appliances, fireplace, all great.

Cons: only thing was the sofa bed, while we slept at night, if we moved, it made a very loud squeaky noise you could hear all around the apartment and it would wake us up. It's so loud, you don't know if it was a door being tampered, or if it was the neighbors. Also, hope they didn't hear it. Very easy to fix.

Over all we loved this location.

Pros: Loved the location right off the River and having a full kitchen was a huge plus.

Cons: Air conditioning would have been nice as the first couple of days were first pretty warm.

I will definitely be returning to this property!

Pros: The property was so clean and well maintained. It was also very quiet and peaceful. I felt very safe. The owner was prompt with getting back to me about a question I had at the end of my stay and so accommodating.

Cons: I honestly have no negative feedback towards the property or my stay. Everything was perfect for what I was expecting.

Pros: Great location near the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Quiet, and very comfortable with very efficient gas fireplace.

Had a great couple of days!

Pros: This little getaway place is a hidden gem. The sound of the river was so relaxing and I loved being somewhat secluded but close enough to get wherever I wanted quickly. The host was wonderful and checked on me several times.

Great condo that met all our expectations

Pros: It’s a very nice condo with fantastic river view and sound. Clean, modern and located close to the RMNP. Very good and easy contact with the owners.

Cons: Nothing to complain about

Pros: We loved the location on the rushing sound of the Flow River from the deck. It is only 2 miles into the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. It has been remodeled recently and the owners have done an excellent job with the new kitchen and bathroom and furnishing the condo very tastefully. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything needed. The living area furniture is quality and comfortable. We were very comfortable.

Cons: There is a set of stairs in the front that is not difficult, but people with mobility issues might find it difficult.

Pros: We absolutely loved our weekend stay here. The river views and sound were so relaxing. It felt very secluded yet only a few minutes from everything downtown has to offer.
