Great stay and location!

Pros: Nice mountain decor. It was very cozy. Loved that it had a fireplace and some board games for cold evenings. Enjoyed the pop-corn too. Overall a great stay and location!

Cons: Check in time too late. At least an hour earlier would have been nice. Check out could be a little later like 11am. I think the only thing the rental was missing is a hot tub on the deck. Unit needed 2 more luggage racks. There was only 2. Four would have been nice for each guest.

Great stay, we will definitely stay here next time we get to Estes Park!

Pros: Such a great location- on the river and just far enough away from town! Unit was very comfortable with a nice layout. Grounds were neat and well taken care of- lots of grassy areas and sitting areas to enjoy the river and beautiful surroundings!

Cons: The unit could use a little more kitchen items- cooking pots and utensils.
