Pros: The location is very good as it is a quite neighborhood with good public transport connections. Details are very well taken care. All the facilities are useful and the space is very comfortable. Owners are always available if needed.

Cozy basement in a house just in the outskirts of downtown Denver.

Pros: I was there for 5 days to attend a research conference at the Colorado Convention Center in downtown Denver. Commuting with public transport was easy, approximately 30 mins in a good weather. In the middle of a heavy winter storm, I used ride apps for commuting, costs in the range of $10-$15. Good wifi connection for working, included all amenities that I required and was thoughtfully organized with almost everything that one might need. Great communication, easy check-in, everything was perfect during the stay.

Pros: The location was in a beautiful neighborhood, with easy access to lots of cool local spots. I took advantage of the proximity to City Park, and walked to the park every day of my visit. The complimentary fruit and snacks were appreciated.

Cons: I’m pretty tall, so the low ceiling did take a bit of getting used to.

Pros: The space was welcoming and comfortable! I had everything I needed and more! There is wonderful restaurant across the street with delicious food and the ebikes and scooters made it easy to get to the conference I was attending downtown!

Cons: Everything was wonderful. I had the best time!

Cozy Space Close to the CIty

Pros: Great location, just a quick 10 min bike ride from the city! The hosts did a great job of communicating when any questions came up. I loved how well they maximized the space, and the little touches like the fresh fruit and snacks really put these folk's place in the awesome category. Be advised that the space is a basement so my tall self and anyone in the 6'3\
