Wonderful place that I will surely book again when I return to Denver

Pros: The rental was great, offering plenty of room and amenities, and there were so many amazing places nearby that you could easily walk to for food, coffee, or the store. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the private entrance and patio were a bonus to enjoy.

Excellent unit for a quick trip to Denver

Pros: Very easy self checkin.My daughter commutes to Denver from Ft Collins for an internship, so we booked this unit to stay in for a few days while I was visiting her. It was a quick trip to downtown Denver and I was even able to walk back to the unit and get groceries on the way. It’s about 20-30 drive with an alternate route that avoids the freeway. (So it is quite a long walk, but good exercise!) The surrounding neighborhoods are tidy and have great curb appeal. The unit was as pictured and prepared for us with ample kitchen items and bathroom amenities. It was the perfect amount of space for what we needed.

Cons: We weren’t affected by the other guests visiting the attached unit because they were respectful, but we could hear them from our unit. A solution is to close the door that separates the room from the bathroom. That works until music is being played. But I liked their music choice so it didn’t bother me.
