Remington Flats

Pros: Amazing accommodation with all you can wish for in a boutique hotel stay. Very passionate team on site was a pleasure to meet. I cannot imagine other place to stay in Fort Collins so look no further!

Nice place and very nice owners!

Pros: Great location for visiting CSU. Cute patio and garden area made for a nice area to sit. The owners were very helpful, providing clean sheets when my son spent a day sick in bed. Loved having a full kitchen for making breakfast.

Cons: The shower stall is pretty tight, and the mirror is mounted too low for anyone 6'+.

Super nice place with great hosts and neighbors.

Pros: It was situated within walking distance of everwhere we needed to be, and there are good restaurants & fun bars in the area.

Pros: It’s been awhile since I’ve thought, “man these people know what they are doing, and this experience is worth every penny!” Hands down, best place I’ve stayed in a loooooong time!!! And I’ll stay again and again. Whenever in the area

Charming apartment steps from campus

Pros: Charming spot close to campus with dedicated parking spot behind building. A nice residential type neighborhood with acceptable restaurants within walking distance. While the Air Conditioner was noisy, it worked well in 100 degree heat for the entire week. We had a flat tire and the owner helped us out by using his air compressor to fill it so we could go to get it fixed. The unit itself was spacious and had a nice individual patio on the streetside. The back common area was lovely, with a garden that you could use if you stayed over a week. Unfortunately, too hot to use. Washing machine available for stays over 7 days at $10/load.

Cons: There were 4 tall chairs with no back in either the apartment itself or on the patio. They were very uncomfortable. Other than that, all was great.

A great oasis on the east side of CSU!

Pros: Such a great spot by campus. All the small touches that you wouldn't think about, including a growler to use at local breweries. Staff was accommodating and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Cons: Nothing! Seriously, nothing.

Pros: The staff at Remington Flats was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and comfortable. Remington Flats is also in a great location, walking distance to CSU and quick access to other parts of Fort Collins.

The most epic hotel in FoCo!

Pros: Everything!! Annie and Doug are best hosts ever! The bikes were so much fun and the garden is amazing! Definitely a repeat in our book.

Cons: I wish we had spent more time at the hotel instead of out and about. Next time…

Very cute converted house

Pros: It's a very cute converted house with 4 rooms. We stayed in the room facing Remington. Parking is assigned and this is super because we didn't need to worry about trying to park on Campus -- and we were in town to tour campus. The hosts communicated often via text to check on our stay and that was nice because we felt loved, but not overly interrupted by their checking. Free beer in the fridge (along with coffee and tea).

Cons: We bought a loaf of bread to eat and needed to slice it with a non-serrated knife (this is such a minor thing and I'm sure it's already -- or soon to be -- remedied). There's a fire pit, but it wants a real fire built in it. If it had been a gas log, we'd have fired it up and hung out around it.
